Greth beats the rain to take the win.
On yet another evening with rain in the forecast, Trail-Way Speedway went into “speed up” the show mode eliminating the intermission and running through the program as fast as possible.
Ryan Greth displayed his prowess and ability to “speed up” his show with a fantastic start, gaining multiple positions on the first lap. From there Ryan faced constant pressure from the 2nd place finisher, 3rd place starter, Sean Campbell. Both cars sped to a handy lead over the field but it was in the middle of the pack that the action really heated up. Arron Spahr in only his second Sidewinder Sprints race was on a charge from his 12th starting position to his eventual 3rd place podium finish. Brent Marks, the Trail-Way feature winner four weeks ago, also gained high speed passing practice, successfully moving up from his 11th starting position to a fast finishing 5th place.
On the last restart with only 2 laps to go, Sean Campbell made a bid for the lead entering turn one. Greth was able to keep the momentum and maintain the lead exiting turn two. From there it was nose to tail to the finish line.

happen but later in the pits Ryan made a point of asking us to
